Shipping Locations: Our main shipping address and return address are located in Shenzhen, China. For the particular model(KM2 and KD3 and more new products in the future), now we provide rapid delivery from local warehouse:（It is available for the United States and EU countries）
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival): Processing orders takes 1 to 3 business days. Usually, it takes 3 to 45 business days for the package to arrive depending on where you live. For local warehouse delivery, the delivery time is around 3 days. (Some EU countries are within 7 days)

Tracking info may not be updated in time due to the process of the shipping company, the package is under process as long as the package could be tracked in the system. 1. It is not available to modify the address or cancel the order after the package has been sent out.
